MATHIAS. 765 ILCS 205/1 from Ch. 109, par. 1 Amends the Plat Act. Changes several of the listed exemptions to the requirement that a subdivision plat be made when land is subdivided. Adds that no plat is required when the division of land does not involve the creation of streets or easements of access in association with or in preparation for the division (now, does not involve new streets or easements of access). Adds that several of the exemptions apply only if the exemption does not invalidate any local requirements applicable to the subdivision of land.
