FEIGENHOLTZ. 305 ILCS 5/4-1.12 Amends the Temporary Assistance For Needy Families Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall exclude, from the 60-month limit on cash grants, months in which the adult receiving assistance is the primary caregiver for a disabled family member when the demands of caregiving are inconsistent with sustained employment.
