Provides that the Office of the Attorney General shall maintain a centralized database of the names, locations, areas of operation, and methods of operation of businesses and organizations that are deemed by the Consumer Fraud Division of the Attorney General's Office to be fraudulent or to operate in an illegal or unscrupulous manner.
