In provisions concerning the eligibility of senior citizens and disabled persons for a grant under the Act and for pharmaceutical assistance, provides that the person's household income must be less than $20,000 for the 2000 grant year and thereafter (rather than less than $16,000 for the grant year 1998 and thereafter).
