YOUNGE-GARRETT. 20 ILCS 605/605-400 was 20 ILCS 605/46.19c Amends the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Includes in the list of duties of the Office of Urban Assistance the duty to establish within each local branch of the Office a local board of directors to serve as an advisory board to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs. Provides that each local board of directors shall consist of 9 members appointed by the Director of the Department. Provides that 5 members shall be from private industry and 4 shall be from community-based organizations and community leadership.
