Makes a technical change to a Section concerning the short title. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Deletes reference to: 20 ILCS 1705/0.01 Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 1705/15.4 Deletes everything. Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that for purposes of being trained to administer medications in certain facilities, non-licensed direct care staff may substitute one year of experience for the re- quirement that he or she have completed high school or the GED. Re- quires that the year of experience must have been completed on or be- fore the effective date of the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.
