   35 ILCS 515/3             from Ch. 120, par. 1203

   35 ILCS 515/9.1           from Ch. 120, par. 1209.1                         

        Amends the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Act.  Applies  the  Act      
   to  school  districts  in  Cook County that certify that a majority of      
   their  students  reside  in  mobile  homes.  Sets   rates.    Requires      
   distribution  only  to certifying school districts.  Effective January      
   1, 2001.
