OSMOND-BEAUBIEN. 20 ILCS 2705/2705-555 was 20 ILCS 2705/49.13 Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that in counties with a population of not less than 500,000 and not more than 800,000, the Department of Transportation may grant a lease of land or property to a governmental unit for a period of not longer than 25 years (now for a period no longer than 5 years).
