DART. 325 ILCS 5/7.21 Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. In provisions concerning the multidisciplinary committees established by the Department of Children and Family Services, authorizes a child's guardian ad litem to request that a committee review a Department determination that a reported incident of child abuse or neglect is "unfounded". Requires the Department to make an annual report summarizing the committees' activities.
