JOHNSON,TIM. 415 ILCS 120/27 new Amends the Alternate Fuels Act. Provides that the Environmental Protection Agency shall establish a program of matching grants to re- tailers of E85 blend fuel for the installation of tanks for E85 blend fuel. Provides that the grant shall be for the lesser of 50% of the cost of installation or $20,000. Authorizes the Agency to make grants to not more than 20 retailers beginning with fiscal year 2000 and end- ing with fiscal year 2003.
