CROSS-COWLISHAW, HASSERT AND KOSEL. 720 ILCS 5/11-9.4 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to be knowingly present in a place in which programs, services, or lessons are provided to persons under 18 years of age and where children under 18 years of age are present during which the programs, services, or lessons are provided.
