POE-BOST-JONES,JOHN-MITCHELL,BILL, FOWLER, WOOLARD, 
   BLACK AND KLINGLER.

(NOLAND-BOMKE-BOWLES-MYERS,J)

   20 ILCS 205/205-15        was 20 ILCS 205/40.7 and 205/40.8                 

        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois with  regard  to      
   promotional  activities  of  the  Department of Agriculture.  Provides      
   that the Department shall make  available  at  cost  "Sesquicentennial      
   Farms"  signs  designating farms that have been in the same family for      
   150 years or more (in addition to "Centennial Farms" signs designating      
   those in the same family 100 years or more).  Effective immediately.
