   760 ILCS 100/2a           from Ch. 21, par. 64.2a                           

        Amends the Cemetery Care Act.  Provides that a cemetery authority      
   is authorized to access a cemetery it owns to carry out its powers and      
   duties under the Cemetery Care Act, including access  through  private      
   property if no other access is available.  Effective immediately.
