RYDER. (DILLARD) 720 ILCS 5/17-1 from Ch. 38, par. 17-1 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 relating to deceptive practices. Provides that it is a deceptive practice to issue a check upon a real or fictitious depository knowing that the check will not be paid in order to make a payment to the circuit clerk or to make a court ordered child support or maintenance payment.
