        Amends the Clerks of Courts  Act.   Provides  that  certain  fees      
   collected  by  the  circuit clerk shall be used for maintaining child       
   support records and the processing of support orders to the State of        
   Illinios KIDS system and the recording of payments issued by the State      
   Disbursement Unit (now for administering the collection and distribu-       
   tion of maintenance and child support payments). Effective October 1,
