Changes the definition of "public stockyards". Removes the requirement that cattle shipped from a public stockyard within the State be accompanied by certain health certificates. Amends the Illinois Bovidae and Cervidae Tuberculosis Eradication Act. Defines the terms "auction market" and "marketing center". Amends the Illinois Diseased Animals Act. Defines the term "exposed to". Makes changes concerning animal quarantines. Amends the Swine Brucellosis Eradication Act. Provides that the test for the intrastate movement of swine may be conducted at a marketing center that has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and removes the provision that it may be conducted at a livestock auction market. Repeals the Livestock Record Act. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Further amends the Illinois Diseased Animals Act.
