Provides that the Secretary of State must notify the beneficiary of an order of protection under the Domestic Violence Act of 1986 if the Secretary receives a request for purchase of the beneficiary's vehicle title or registration. Amends the Domestic Violence Act of 1986. Provides that the Department of State Police shall transmit to the Secretary of State a complete list of all valid and recorded orders of protection at least once a week.
