   30 ILCS 105/5.467                                                           
   815 ILCS 505/7            from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 267                        

        Amends the State Finance Act and the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive      
   Business Practices Act.  Increases the civil penalty for  an  unlawful      
   act  against  an elderly person under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive      
   Business  Practices  Act  from  $10,000  to  $15,000  and   authorizes      
   imposition  of  that  penalty  for  an unlawful act against a disabled      
   person.  Changes the name of the Elderly Victim Fund  to  the  Elderly      
   and Disabled Victim Fund.  Effective immediately.
