COULSON. (DONAHUE) 20 ILCS 2310/55.58a new Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall undertake a study to determine incentives to attract and retain nurse assistants to work in long-term care facilities. Directs the Department to implement a program of incentives by January 1, 2001. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
