MURPHY. 40 ILCS 5/14-110 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-110 Amends the State Employees Article of the Pension Code to allow persons employed as flight safety coordinators by the Illinois Department of Transportation to receive the same benefit formula as State air pilots. Effective immediately.
