MURPHY. 40 ILCS 5/18-112 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 18-112 Amends the Judges Article of the Pension Code. In the Section that provides for transfer of State employee and teacher credits to the Judges Retirement System, provides that a judge who was legal adviser to the State Board of Education can transfer up to 11 years of these credits at a reduced cost and at a reduced rate of interest. Effective immediately.
