MULLIGAN. 105 ILCS 5/17-2.5 from Ch. 122, par. 17-2.5 105 ILCS 5/17-2.6 rep. Amends the School Code. Repeals a provision authorizing a school district to levy, pursuant to front-door referendum approval, a tax for health insurance purposes. Changes the tax for tort immunity levy to a tax for tort immunity and health insurance levy, and provides that the purposes for which the levy may be made include payment of health insurance premiums for school district employees.
