LOPEZ-HOFFMAN-ACEVEDO. (HAWKINSON) 210 ILCS 85/10.2 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 151.2 Amends the Hospital Licensing Act. Provides that a hospital and certain hospital employees and staff members are liable for civil damages as the result of wilful or wanton misconduct of certain committees within the hospital administration. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Professional Regulation) There would be no measurable fiscal impact. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything. Amends the Hospital Licensing Act.
