MAUTINO. (KLEMM) 225 ILCS 225/10 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 116.310 Amends the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act. Provides that the Department must give notice to the chief administrative officer of the unit of local government and all persons operating under the local ordinance (formerly only the chief administrative officer) within 90 days (formerly 30 days) after finding that the local program is not in accordance with the approved program or is not being enforced. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) This Dept. will not incur any implementation expenses. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
