NOVAK. 35 ILCS 105/3b new 35 ILCS 120/3a new Amends the Use Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that with respect to sales made in Illinois on November 26, 1999, no tax shall be imposed under those Acts. Allows units of local government that impose those taxes to choose not to impose the tax with respect to sales made in Illinois on November 26, 1999.
