   705 ILCS 405/5-305

   730 ILCS 110/15.1         from Ch. 38, par. 204-7.1                         

        Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.   Provides  that  informal      
   supervision  with  a  probation  officer may include any conditions of      
   probation provided in the Act.  Amends the Code of Criminal  Procedure      
   of  1963.   Provides  that the Chief Judge of the Judicial Circuit may      
   establish reasonable fees to be paid by a  person  receiving  pretrial      
   services  while  under  supervision  of  a  pretrial  services agency,      
   probation  department,  or  court  services  department.   Amends  the      
   Probation and Probation Officers Act.  Provides  that  the  reasonable      
   fees  to  be  paid  by  a person receiving pretrial services are to be      
   deposited in the county probation and court services fund.

          The workload of Probation and Court Services could increase;         
          however, specific fiscal impact cannot be determined.

          There may be a minimal increase in judicial workloads; there         
          would be no increase in the number of judges needed.

        Amends  the  Unified  Code  of  Corrections  and  the   Probation      
   Community  Service  Act.   Extends the immunity provisions relating to      
   the  liability  for  injuries  or  losses  a  person  receives   while      
   performing  public  or  community service to such service ordered by a      
   duly authorized station or probation adjustment, teen court, community      
   mediation,  or  other  administrative  diversion  program.    In   the      
   Probation Community Service Act, includes in the definition of site, a      
   church,  charitable  organization, business, or individual agreeing to      
   accept community service from offenders.
