SAVIANO. 705 ILCS 105/30 new Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that, subject to appropriations for that purpose by the county board, a clerk may appoint an attorney to represent the interest of the clerk in collecting certain amounts owed to the clerk and reviewing contracts affecting the clerk.
