        Amends the Workers' Compensation Act.  Prohibits  a  person  from      
   discriminating  or  taking  retaliatory  action  against  an  employee      
   because  the  employee  in  good  faith  files  a  claim or complaint,      
   initiates an inquiry, investigation, inspection, proceeding, or  other      
   action or testifies or provides information to any person with respect      
   to  the  Workers'  Compensation  Act or Workers' Occupational Diseases      
   Act.  Permits an aggrieved employee to  seek  civil  action.  Provides      
   that the court may award the employee injunctive relief, reinstatement      
   of  position or benefits, compensation for lost wages and benefits, or      
   punitive damages.
