WOOLARD. (CRONIN) 105 ILCS 5/10-23.8 from Ch. 122, par. 10-23.8 105 ILCS 5/10-23.8a from Ch. 122, par. 10-23.8a Amends the School Boards Article of the School Code. Provides that a superintendent, principal, or administrator waives his or her rights concerning contractual continued service by accepting the terms of a multi-year contract only for the term of the multi-year contract (instead of for the duration of his or her employment as superintendent, principal, or administrator in the school district). Provides that upon acceptance of a multi-year contract, the superintendent, principal, or administrator shall not lose any previously acquired tenure credit with the district.
