Provides that a complaint or motion to declare the non-existence of the parent and child relationship may be made after any adjudication of paternity under a law of this State or in an action in this State to enforce a paternity judgment of any other jurisdiction in which the man was adjudicated to be the father of a child if, as a result of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) tests, it is discovered that the man adjudicated to be the father is not the natural father of the child.
