   20 ILCS 3305/14.1 new                                                       

        Amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency  Act  to  require      
   the  Illinois  Emergency Management Agency to implement a program that      
   will provide at least 95% of the population of this  State  with  NOAA      
   Weather Radio network warning capabilities. Effective July 1, 1999.         
          FISCAL NOTE (Ill. Emergency Management Agency)                       
          Implementation of HB1681 would cost $980,000.
