   BRADLEY, BROSNAHAN, BELLOCK, DAVIS,MONIQUE, HULTGREN AND WAIT.

(BOWLES-CLAYBORNE)

   720 ILCS 5/12-4           from Ch. 38, par. 12-4                            

        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Provides that  the  commission      
   of  a  battery against a nurse, physician, or other health care worker      
   in a health care facility is an additional factor in enhancing battery      
   to aggravated battery.
