SAVIANO-RYDER-JONES,LOU-BUGIELSKI. 210 ILCS 3/35 Amends the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act. Provides that an authorized postsurgical recovery care center may request permission from the Department of Public Health to expand the scope of the services provided by the center to allow the treatment of nonsurgical patients. Requires that the proposed services be provided to generally healthy patients and meet other criteria. Requires the Department's approval of the proposed services. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
