YOUNGE. 110 ILCS 805/2-15 from Ch. 122, par. 102-15 Amends the Public Community College Act. Provides that before the Illinois Community College Board may implement a plan for the dissolution of a community college district, the question of whether or not the district should be dissolved must be submitted to the voters of that district. Provides that if a majority of the votes cast is in favor of dissolving the district, the Board may implement its plan.
