   225 ILCS 457/15                                                             

        Amends the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing  Act.   Prohibits  the      
   use  of "Appraiser" in a title or "appraisal" as a description of work      
   performed  by  a  person  not  licensed  under  the  Act.    Effective      
   immediately.
