BOLAND. (JONES,W) 10 ILCS 5/28-3 from Ch. 46, par. 28-3 Amends the Election Code. Provides that the bottom of each sheet of a petition for the submission of a public question must be signed by the circulator of the petition who has been a registered voter (now a registered voter of the political subdivision, district, or precinct in which the question is to be submitted) at the time he or she circulated the petition.
