DURKIN. (O'MALLEY) 70 ILCS 2605/7a from Ch. 42, par. 326a Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Provides that the Administrative Review Law and all rules adopted under it apply to and govern all proceedings for judicial review of administrative decisions of the Board of Commissioners in the enforcement of any ordinance, rule, or regulation adopted under the Act. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 70 ILCS 2605/4.13 Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
