MAUTINO-MOORE,ANDREA.

   35 ILCS 200/21-345                                                          

        Amends the Property Tax Code.  Provides that a person who desires      
   to redeem and does not desire to contest the petition for tax deed may      
   redeem the property without filing a written protest.   Provides  that      
   this provision is declarative of existing law.
