BROSNAHAN-SCHOENBERG-FEIGENHOLTZ-FRANKS-
   LYONS,EILEEN AND MCCARTHY.

(MUNOZ-SMITH-OBAMA)

   210 ILCS 45/3-304.1 new                                                     

        Amends the Nursing Home Care Act.  Provides that  the  Department      
   of Public Health must make certain information available to the public      
   through  the  World  Wide  Web  free  of  charge.   Provides  that the      
   information shall be made available on  the  World  Wide  Web  in  the      
   shortest  time practicable after it is publicly available in any other      
   form.

          The Dept. would need to hire and dedicate additional program         
          data processing personnel to this project.
