Creates the offense of computerized dissemination of information in furtherance of gang-related activity, defined as disseminating in a form accessible to persons any verbal, written, or pictorial items or imagery utilized by a criminal street gang and distributed in furtherance of the activities of the gang. Establishes defenses.
