SCOTT. 510 ILCS 45/7 from Ch. 8, par. 907 Amends the Carrier, Racing, Hobby, and Show Pigeon Act of 1993. Provides that a municipality or a county (now a municipality located in a county with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants or a county) shall not enact an ordinance which prohibits the orderly keeping of carrier, hobby, or show pigeons.
