JOHNSON,TOM. 720 ILCS 5/21-1.3 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Requires a railroad corporation to clean up a defaced railroad overpass within 7 days after notice from the municipality or county in which the overpass is located. A railroad corporation that fails to do so is guilty of a petty offense and must be fined $100.
