Revises truck weight and length limits, distance permitted for travel, and purpose for travel on certain roads under local authority and road district control. Effective January 1, 2000. FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Transportation) The actual increased maintenance costs are indeterminate at this time, but likely to be in the tens of millions of dollars annually.
