DURKIN. (SHAW) Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Renumbers the Sections of the Code, organizes the renumbered Sections into Articles, and rearranges the sequence of the renumbered Sections according to subject matter. Also resections some long Sections of the Code into shorter Sections. Amends various other Acts to change cross references to the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to reflect the renumbering of the Code Sections.
