Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) HB 209 would significantly increase the annual employer contri- butions to the Fund. In FY 1997, the City of Chicago made em- ployer contributions of approximately $109 million, using a property tax multiplier of 2.00.
