   DAVIS,STEVE, FLOWERS, MCCARTHY, BRADLEY, HANNIG AND BROSNAHAN.

   320 ILCS 25/3.15          from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 403.15                      

        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief  and  Pharmaceutical  Assistance  Act.  Provides that beginning      
   January 1, 2000, prescription drugs for Parkinson's  disease  will  be      
   covered under the Act.
