        Amends the Township Code, the Cemetery Maintenance District  Act,      
   and  the Cemetery Care Act.  Provides that the care fund of a cemetery      
   or  cemetery  authority  shall  be  transferred  into   the   cemetery      
   maintenance  district's  care  fund  or the township or multi-township      
   cemetery district's fund if the district takes over  the  cemetery  or      
   cemetery   authority.  Provides  that  a  township  or  multi-township      
   cemetery district  may  use  the  funds  for  any  corporate  purpose.      
   Provides  that the township or multi-township cemetery district is not      
   liable for any shortages existing in the care  funds  required  to  be      
   maintained in trust by the Cemetery Care Act.                               
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes the  changes  to  the  Cemetery  Care  Act.   Amends  the      
   Cemetery  Care  Act.   Provides that when a township or multi-township      
   cemetery district takes over a cemetery  or  cemetery  authority,  the      
   care fund and care fund expenditures continue to be subject to the Act      
   and  the township or multi-township cemetery district must continue to      
   use the care fund exclusively for the  care  and  maintenance  of  the      
   cemetery.
