   320 ILCS 25/4             from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 404                         

        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief   and   Pharmaceutical  Assistance  Act.   Changes  the  income      
   eligibility limit for tax relief and  help  with  paying  for  certain      
   prescription  drugs  for  those  meeting  certain  age  or  disability      
   requirements  from  $16,000  per  year to $20,000 per year.  Effective      
   January 1, 2000.
