 1                      SENATE RESOLUTION NO.   3
 2        RESOLVED, BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-FIRST  GENERAL
 3    ASSEMBLY  OF  THE  STATE  OF ILLINOIS,  AT THE FOURTH SPECIAL
 4    SESSION THEREOF, that a Committee of three (3) members of the
 5    Senate be appointed, two (2) members to be appointed  by  the
 6    President  and one (1) member to be appointed by the Minority
 7    Leader, to approve any and all Journals of the Senate for all
 8    days of the Fourth  Special  Session  of  the  Ninety-  First
 9    General  Assembly  where  such Journals, prior to adjournment
10    SINE DIE, have not been approved by the  body as a whole.
