1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Carrie L. Carlsen, who passed away on October 29, 2000;
5 and
6 WHEREAS, Carrie L. Carlsen was born on May 8, 1972 in Oak
7 Park, Illinois to George and Barbara Carlsen; and
8 WHEREAS, Carrie L. Carlsen was a member of the Ladies
9 Auxillary of the Am Vets Post #103 in Aurora, Illinois; and
10 WHEREAS, The passing of Carrie L. Carlsen will be deeply
11 felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her parents,
12 George and Barbara Carlsen; her brother, Brian Carlsen; her
13 sister, Kim Carlsen; her maternal grandparents, Patrick and
14 Geogianna Hayes; her nieces, Amber Lynn Carlsen and Michelle
15 Cedillo; and her several aunts, uncles and cousins;
16 therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
19 all who knew her, the death of Carrie L. Carlsen of Aurora,
20 Illinois; and be it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to the family of Carrie L. Carlsen.
